9th Grade Smart Goals
My goals as a student are...
Not to worry a lot by allowing myself time to relax and rest when I need and my asking my teachers for assistance when I need it.
To have all have all A's all year. I have them for the first semester!
My personal goals are. . .
To keep my room clean as much as I can.
To get into the ballet summer camp of my choice.
My health goals are. . .
I would like to avoid milk products. I'm lactose intolerant and need to start avoiding it more because I never feel healthy.
I need to stop drinking soda in general. I've been drinking a lot of soda, and it will affect my health in the overall scheme.

Social Style Assessment
My primary social style is analytical. This means that I am a hard worker and am very stressed easily. I also work better in quiet, peaceful and harmonious environments. I get very stressed by confrontation and tension and do not work well in environments
My secondary social style is amiable. I tend to be a people pleaser. I tend to stress about making people happy.
Given my social style I would like to be treated delicately. Given my social style I am very anxious and when confronted negatively I brake down. I would also like to be around quite environments that are clean and simple.
Sometimes I feel misunderstood for overly sensitive or childlike because of how easily I brake down.
People could help me by not letting me have loads of stress and keeping me calm. I feel like I could be less stressed if someone reminds me that I'm fine.
